What to have ready
You don't need anything to call. If you have them handy, a photo of the area from the street, a rough size, what's there now, whether the job reaches the sidewalk or the curb, whether you have an HOA, and what you'd like done will help us give you a faster, closer estimate.
What happens next
We set a time for an estimator to come out, usually within a day or two. They measure the job, probe the ground where it matters, check the plat for easements and the yard for downspouts and sprinkler lines, and leave you an itemized written price good for 30 days, with any City permit on its own line.
